随着我国社会主义法治建设的发展,法律意识日渐加强,消防法制工作日益受到广泛关注。传统执法模式难以适应消防工作的发展,改进完善消防行政执法已成为一个研究热点。本文针对消防法制与执法规范化建设完善进行了初步探讨,对于提高消防法制及执法建设规范化水平具有十分积极的意义。
