手语翻译制度在司法实践中的完善程度对于维护聋哑当事人的合法权益具有至关重要的作用,而我国司法实践中的手语翻译制度在立法上少且笼统、缺乏可操作性的弊端致使手语翻译制度存在一系列问题:手语翻译人员的地位不明确、聘请程序不规范、缺乏制约和监督机制、水平参差不齐。加之传统观念的束缚,手语翻译人员的薪酬、职业化进程等问题也愈加凸显。本文针对这一系列问题进行了细致分析,同时借鉴国外的相对成熟的制度及理念,在各个方面提出了相应的解决方案。

This article has carried on the detailed analysis to this series of questions, at the same time draws on the foreign relatively mature system and the idea, has proposed the corresponding solution in each aspect.
