氨茶碱是茶碱与乙二胺的复合物,遇光易变色。本文报道高压液相层析测定乙二胺的方法,在0.15~13.5μg/ml范围内呈线性关系,5次测定值变异系数为1%。使用岛津高压液相层析仪LC-2F型,检出波长254nm,Nucleosil 10C_(18)柱,流动相乙醇-水(85:15),流速0.8ml/分,样品注入量2微升。精密秤定氨茶碱原料粉约250mg,置50ml量瓶,加水溶解后稀释至刻度,精密吸取1ml加20ml乙醇,摇匀后备用。另精密吸取注射剂1ml加乙醇稀释至100ml,摇匀备用。精密秤定片子粉末相当氨茶碱250mg,加水50ml剧烈振摇提取30分钟,过滤,精确吸取滤液1ml加乙醇稀释至20ml摇匀备用。以上样品液各取2ml和乙二胺标准液的乙醇溶液(45μg/ml)
