【目的】探讨单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液联合脑循环治疗仪对痉挛型脑瘫患儿运动功能的影响。【方法】78例痉挛型脑瘫患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组各39例。对照组:给予常规综合治疗,观察组:在对照组常规综合治疗的基础上,给予单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液联合脑循环治疗仪治疗。【结果】治疗后,观察组患儿粗大运动功能量表(GM FM )GM FM‐B (53.5±9.4)分、GM FM‐C (30.1±10.5)分都高于对照组患儿GMFM‐B(46.2±7.3)分、GMFM‐C(25.6±6.4)分,差异均有统计学意义( P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者精细运动功能量表(FM FM )FM FM‐B (22.8±9.3)分、FM FM‐C (20.4±4.9)分、FM FM‐D (22.0±5.7)分都高于对照组患者FMFM‐B(17.6±7.4)分、FMFM‐C(16.1±5.2)分、FMFM‐D(18.4±6.6),差异均有统计学意义( P <0.01~0.05)。观察组痉挛型脑瘫患儿运动功能改善率为(94.87%)高于对照组(66.67%),差异具有统计学意义( P <0.01)。【结论】单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液联合脑循环治疗仪治疗痉挛型脑瘫具有较好疗效,能够有效促进患儿神经功能修复,改善运动功能。“,”[Objective]To explore the effects of monosialotetrahexosylganglioside sodium plus cerebral cir‐culation therapeutic intervention on motor function in children with spastic cerebral palsy .[Methods] A total of 78 cases of infantile spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into control and observation groups ( n=39 each) .Control group received rehabilitation training ,acupuncture ,herbal medicine bath and routine com‐prehensive treatment while observation group had conventional therapy plus monosialotetrahexosylganglioside sodium injection and cerebral circulation therapeutic apparatus .[Results]After treatment ,GM FM‐B (53 .5 ± 9 .4) and GMFM‐C (30 .1 ± 10 .5) in observation group were higher than GMFM‐B (46 .2 ± 7 .3) and GMFM‐C (25 .6 ± 6 .4) in control group .There were statistically significant differences ( P<0 .05) .After treatment , FMFM‐B (22 .8 ± 9 .3) ,FMFM‐C (20 .4 ± 4 .9) and FMFM‐D (22 ± 5 .7) in observation group were higher than FMFM‐B (17 .6 ± 7 .4) ,FMFM‐C (16 .1 ± 5 .2) and FMFM‐D (18 .4 ± 6 .6) in control group .And the differences were statistically significant (all Z P<0 .01~0 .05) .The improvement rate of motor function was 94 .87% in observation group versus 66 .67% in control group .And the difference was statistically significant ( P <0 .01) .[Conclusion]Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside sodium injection plus cerebral circulation thera‐peutic apparatus is efficacious in the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy .And it can effectively promote the re‐pair of nerve functions and improve motor functions .
