分析已有简化算法在雷达模拟数据简化中的一些不足,提出一种以面积损失度为控制参数的简化算法。通过对电子海图岸线数据的统计分析,抽象出岸线特征。采用从整体到局部的思想,首先通过线要素弯曲方向和弯曲程度识别以及前向长度控制整体提取出岸线特征数据点;以上述特征点为分段点进行局部优化探索,抽取局部最优特征点。经过理论分析和实验结果对比,该算法在对岸线数据有较高的化简率的同时完成对人工线要素和自然线要素的区分,并实现了人工线要素的几何特征完整保留、自然线要素几何特征合理拟合。对简化后的数据进行了精度分析,结果表明该算法的几何精度和位置精度均较高,从而证明了该算法在雷达模拟数据简化中的可行性。
After analyzing some shortcomings of the simplified algorithm in the radar data simplification, a simplified algorithm of controlling the parameter of the area loss is proposed. Through the statistical analysis of e-chart shoreline data, abstract the shoreline characteristics. Using the idea from the whole to the part, firstly, the shoreline feature data points are extracted through the identification of the bending direction and the degree of bending of the line elements and the forward length control. By local optimization and exploration of the above feature points as the segment points, the local optimum features point. After comparing the theoretical analysis with the experimental results, this algorithm can finish the distinction of artificial line elements and natural line elements while having a higher simplification of the shoreline data, and realize the complete preservation of the geometric features of the artificial line elements. The results show that the algorithm has high geometric accuracy and position accuracy, which proves the feasibility of the algorithm in the simplified radar data.
