施工企业在转换经营机制中,最大的难点是什么?应从那里着手进行转变,通过调查,使我们认识到施工企业最大的难点是“现场管理不严”,因而不同程度地存在着工期难以兑现、质量下降、成本降不下来、安全事故屡有发生的问题。本文拟从对现场管理存在问题分析入手,阐述对施工企业转换机制的看法。 What is the biggest difficulty in the transformation of the operating mechanism of construction enterprises? From there, we must start to make changes. Through surveys, we realize that the biggest difficulty for construction companies is “not strict on-site management”. Therefore, there are varying degrees of difficulty in fulfilling the schedule. Problems such as declining quality, falling costs, and frequent accidents have occurred. This article intends to start with the analysis of the existing problems in the field management, and elaborate the views on the conversion mechanism of construction enterprises.
