本文对YB-3材料在9种给定状态下的疲劳断口形貌进行观察和分析,指出镜面区面积直观地反映了疲劳寿命的长短;应力交变幅度S_α减小使疲劳寿命增加,对此用银纹中微纤束的疲劳机制进行了解释。文中运用Walker关于裂纹扩展速率与应力强度因子之关系式对该材料疲劳断口形貌-应力-寿命三者的关系进行了初步讨论,为其寿命估算提供了较有价值的参考。
In this paper, the fatigue fracture appearance of YB-3 material under 9 given conditions was observed and analyzed. It was pointed out that the area of mirror surface reflected the length of fatigue life directly; the stress alternating amplitude S_α decreased to increase the fatigue life, The fatigue mechanism of microfibril bundles in silver grain is explained. In this paper, Walker’s relationship between crack growth rate and stress intensity factor is used to discuss the relationship between the fatigue fracture appearance and stress-life of the material, which provides a valuable reference for the life estimation.
