根据轴承选择具有很大模糊性这一特点,运用模糊理论中的贴近度原理,把丰收系列拖拉机变速箱轴承的类型选择问题看成是一种模糊模式识别,通过确定工况对轴承“承受径向力的能力”等9个功能评价指标的具体要求,计算出各类型轴承对工况的贴近度,进而由贴近度的最大值选择出与工况最吻合的角接触球轴承。该方法还适用于其他类型的拖拉机及类似车辆。
