个别化教育计划是依据特殊儿童身心特征及适应正常社会的实际需求针对每个特殊儿童制订实施的具体教育方案。拟定个别化教育计划包括一系列复杂的过程:确定个案、对个案进行教育诊断及课程评量、开展IEP会议、制订长短期目标、形成个别化教育计划,最后实施到课堂中去。
Individualized education programs are specific education programs for each special child, which are based on the physical and mental characteristics of special children and the actual needs of the community. The development of an individualized education plan involves a series of complicated processes: identifying cases, conducting educational diagnoses and assessing the curriculum for each case, conducting IEP meetings, setting short- and long-term goals, forming individualized education plans, and finally implementing them in the classroom.
