市场经济可谓一把双刃剑,在带给我们飞速发展和繁荣富强的同时也带来了很多潜在的风险。尤其是在中国加入世贸组织后,面对激烈的世界竞争,要想在全球经济中站稳脚跟,企业必须扩大项目规模,那么也就意味着工程项目会日趋复杂和庞大,与此同时,项目管理的风险也会随之而来,并且会越来越繁杂。为了提高企业的防范意识,促进企业的可持续发展,本文从工程项目风险的涵义、特点和因素出发认识和分析何谓风险,提出了树立风险意识、积极全面地应对风险等建议。

In order to improve the awareness of enterprises and promote the sustainable development of enterprises, this paper starts with the meaning, characteristics and factors of project risks to understand and analyze what is risk and puts forward some suggestions, such as establishing risk awareness and dealing with risks comprehensively and actively.
