针对精神病人的强制医疗问题,我国刑法等法律已有所规定。然而,相较于城市精神病人强制医疗权益保障状况,农村精神病人的强制医疗制度适用仍存在公众认识缺乏、援助支撑不足等困境。针对这些困境,应进一步强化对农村精神病人强制医疗的观念引导,增强相应的援助支撑制度体系,明确农村精神病人强制医疗执行、监督与解除的制度规范,从而保障农村精神病人合法权益,维护农村社会秩序和谐稳定。
For the compulsory medical treatment of mental patients, China’s criminal law and other laws have provisions. However, compared with the compulsory medical rights protection of urban mental patients, there is still a lack of public awareness and lack of aid support for the compulsory medical system of rural patients with mental disorders. In response to these dilemmas, we should further strengthen the concept of compulsory medical treatment for rural patients with mental illness, strengthen the corresponding system of aid and support system, and clarify the institutional norms for enforcing, supervising and relieving medical patients in rural areas so as to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of rural patients with mental illness and safeguard rural areas Social order is harmonious and stable.
