网络舆情是公众在互联网上表达对社会问题不同看法的网络舆论,是社会舆情的直接反映。近年来,互联网已经成为社会民众利益表达、情感宣泄、思想碰撞的主渠道,对政治生活秩序和社会稳定的影响与日俱增,一些重大的网络舆情事件使人们认识到网络对社会监督的巨大作用,同时,网络舆情突发事件如果处理不当,很有可能诱发民众的不良情绪,引发过激行为。置身于互联网科技高速发展的时代中,全新的网络平台与舆论环境,就必须在正确认识网络舆论的特点,把握传播规律的基础上,提高网络舆情应对水平,有效引导网络舆情,维护社会稳定。
Public opinion on the Internet is a public opinion on the Internet that expresses different views on social issues and is a direct reflection of social public opinion. In recent years, the Internet has become the main channel for the interest expression, emotional catharsis and thought collision of the social people, which has an increasing impact on the order and social stability of political life.
