建井工程不但要提高速度,而且要讲究效益。井巷掘进机组及机械化作业虽然能大大提高掘进速度,但就我国当前及今后相当时期来讲,全国大多数掘进队都搞机械化配套是不可能的。那么,在原有设备的常规掘进情况下,如何来提高掘进速度,就成为非常重要的问题。本文正是以常规施工情况为基础,借助数学手段在这方面进行一点探讨。一、掘进过程数学模型的建立首先,我们定义掘进速度 T_1为单位成巷所占用的工时。同样定义单位成巷钻眼、装药连线放炮通风、装岩排矸、支护、辅助工作各工序所占工时分别为 T_d、T_e、T_c、T_s、T_a。
