正常豚鼠6只,于耳蜗背侧核内注入HRP,结合SP免疫组织化学研究,结果用光镜及Tas plus图象分析仪观察,发现在正常豚鼠SG内,有较多的HRP-SP阳性的双标细胞,约占标记细胞的46%,可分为两型:Ⅰ型细胞胞体较大,平均截面积为138μm~2,多呈圆形或椭圆形,约占双标细胞的90%,其轴突的平均直径(距胞体0.4mm)为2.1μm。Ⅰ型细胞胞体较小,平均截面积为73μm~2,多呈小圆形、椭圆形或不规则形,占双标细胞的10%,轴突的平均直径为0. 5μm。HRP、SP单标的细胞分别占标记细胞的45%和9%。研究表明,正常豚鼠SG内有SP阳性神经元向耳蜗核投射,两种轴突形态学上的差异提示两者可能起不同的作用。
Six normal guinea pigs were injected with HRP into the dorsal nucleus of the cochlea.
