对于有覆土的地下室,因覆土荷载大、柱网跨度大、梁截面高度受限,其顶板梁的配筋往往较大。目前地下室通常与上部主体结构整体计算,计算参数与上部结构一致,使地下室的一些有利因素没有充分发挥。本文通过把地下室单独计算,并考虑地下室顶板梁的受压翼缘、梁端下部受压钢筋、次梁支点加虚柱计算次梁、框架梁端加腋等设计措施,在其他条件不变的情况下,可有效减少梁的配筋。计算过程只需将地下室单独调整参数,计算全部由计算程序自动完成,使设计具有可行性。
For the coffered basement, the reinforcement of the roof girder tends to be large due to the large earth-cover load, the large span of the pillar net and the limited beam section height.
