慈禧(1835年─—1908年)是我国近代史上著名政治人物。慈禧出身满族的叶赫那拉家族,年青时被选为咸丰皇帝的妃子。咸丰帝死后,其子年仅六岁的载淳(即同治帝)即位,慈禧被尊为太后。在同治、光绪两朝,由于她实行太后垂帘听政,因此,成为清朝廷的实际统治者。慈禧在生活上可谓奢侈无度,本文仅记叙她饮食生活中的一些轶闻,以使读者从侧面去了解中国古代宫廷饮食文化的变迁。
Empress (1835 ─ 1908) is a famous political figure in modern history of our country. Empress was born Manchu Ehrenara family, young was chosen as Xianfeng emperor’s concubine. After Emperor Xianfeng died, his only year of six years with Chun (that is, Tongzhi Emperor) ascended the throne, Cixi was treated as Queen Mother. In the Tongzhi and Guangxu dynasties, as she practiced the Empress Dowager, she became the de facto ruler of the Qing court. Empress in life can be described as extravagant, this article only recounts some anecdotes in her diet, so that readers from the side to understand the changes in the ancient Chinese court food culture.
