本文介绍了一种高灵敏度的有机材料与PVDF复合连结圆管水听器。对其结构、原理及实测数据进行了讨论。该水听器具有低Q值、低声阻抗率,易于与水介质匹配,重量轻、柔软性好、不易破碎,易于在漂浮或半漂浮状态下工作等特性,其g_31为270 × 10~(-3)Vm/N,h_p为75μm,实测自由场接收灵敏度为-202dB±1dB比Donald Ricketts的实测值高出10dB(200—2000HZ频段内)。它优于实心PZT压电薄壳圆管水听器,可以替代传统的PZT水听器,成为新一代的海洋探测水听器或换能器。
This article describes a high sensitivity of organic materials and PVDF composite connected hydrophone tube. The structure, principle and measured data are discussed. The hydrophone has the characteristics of low Q value, low acoustic impedance, easy matching with aqueous medium, light weight, good flexibility, easy to be broken, easy to work in floating or semi-floating state, and its g_31 is 270 × 10 ~ ( -3) Vm / N, h_p is 75 μm. The measured free-field receiving sensitivity is -202 dB ± 1 dB, which is 10 dB higher than the measured value of the Donald Ricketts (200-2000 Hz band). It is better than solid PZT piezoelectric thin shell hydrophone, can replace the traditional PZT hydrophone, become a new generation of marine detection hydrophone or transducer.
