首先,对新毕业护士进院前的基础资料、绩效、专业知识水平进行评估,录用后对其岗前理论、操作及相关知识进行考试。然后,对新毕业护士进行系统培训,包括:①一般性教育:职业医德教育,规章制度学习,素质教育;②临床培训:实行内、外、妇、儿等科轮转,并进行考核鉴定。通过培训,提高了新毕业护士的思想和技术素质,参加全国执业考试,均全部通过,并其成绩名列省级前列。
First of all, the basic information, performance, and professional knowledge of the newly graduated nurses before their admission to the hospital are evaluated. After the recruitment, the pre-service theories, operations, and related knowledge are tested. Then, the newly graduated nurses were systematically trained, including: 1 general education: professional medical ethics education, rules and regulations, quality education; 2 clinical training: implementation of internal and external, women, children and other subjects rotation, and assessment appraisal. Through training, the ideological and technical qualifications of newly graduated nurses have been improved, and all of them have passed the national practice examinations, and their performance has ranked among the highest in the province.
