电子商务的快速发展客观要求加快电子商务专业人才的培养力度,同时,它的发展也为有关方面的人才培养提供了重要契机,现在,几乎所有的高职院校都开设有电子商务专业,但在人才培养方面却存在着一系列问题,最为突出的是学校不能从企业视角下对专业进行有效开发,导致培养的人才与社会需求出现脱钩现象,因此,电子商务人才培养需要考虑企业需求,需要有效提高学生的职业核心能力,这样,培养的人才才能为社会所用,才能发挥更大的价值。本文通过分析电子商务专业人才培养中存在的问题,提出了企业视野下电子商务专业学生职业核心能力的培养策略。
