1 前言新日铁八幡厂在若松和户烟两个地区共有两台(分别为600m~2和320m~2)烧结机,专为两座4000m~3高炉提供烧结矿。由于该公司决定减少粗钢产量,所以该厂决定使其中一座高炉和若松地区的烧结机停产。在若松烧结机停产期间,户烟烧结机的产量由9800t/d增加到14310t/d,以满足1号高炉日产生铁9560t的需要(烧结矿为80%)。为了提高产量,烧结机长度从80m加长到120m。与此同时,在烧结机上还应用了各种新技术。本文将介绍为提高烧结机产量而进行的改造项目、烧结机改造后的操作结果和烧结机所采用的各种新技术。 2 烧结机改造项目户畑厂改造后的烧结设备示于图1,表1(略)所列为改造前后主要设备的技术条件。 2.1 布置情况
