教师立足于课堂,深入研究教材和学生的特点,改革课堂的教学方法,是一堂语文课成功与否的关键。由于各个学生的天生素质、教育影响和主观努力程度的不同,同一个班级的学生在学习上存在明显的差异,这就要求教师应从实际出发,实行有差异的分组、分层教学。据此,我校语文备课组进行了小组化分组合作教学的尝试,大大提高了学生学习语文的氛围,课堂教学效果也有了初步的成效。下面从两个方面加以论述:一、语文小组化分组教学有利于培养学生的社会适应性之所以说它有利于培养学生的社会
