反思是教师对教育教学过程的再认识、再思考、再探索和再创造。教师教学技能水平的提高,通常受两大方面的影响:一是外因,即外部客观因素的影响;二是内因,即教师自身主观因素的影响。教师通过自我反思、自我改进,进而自我完善。而教师的“反思”在内在主观因素中起着关键性的作用。通过反思,及时发现不足,弥补疏漏,不断提升教师教学能力和素养,为学生传授最佳的学习方法。因此,作为新课程改革下的英语教师,除了不断学习专业知识之外,更应及时地对教育教学过程进行积极反思和改进,以提升个人的综合素质并促进教学的发展。
Reflection is the teacher’s re-understanding of education and teaching process, re-thinking, and then explore and re-create. The improvement of teachers’ teaching skills is usually affected by two major aspects: one is the external factor, that is, the external objective factor; the other is the internal factor, that is, the teacher’s own subjective factors. Teachers through self-reflection, self-improvement, and thus self-improvement. The teacher’s “reflection” plays a key role in the subjective factors. Through reflection, timely detection of deficiencies, make up for omissions, and constantly improve the teaching ability and accomplishment of teachers, to teach students the best way to learn. Therefore, as an English teacher under the new curriculum reform, in addition to continuous learning of professional knowledge, the teaching and learning process should be actively rethought and improved in a timely manner so as to enhance the overall quality of individuals and promote the development of teaching.
