反思是教师对教育教学过程的再认识、再思考、再探索和再创造。教师教学技能水平的提高,通常受两大方面的影响:一是外因,即外部客观因素的影响;二是内因,即教师自身主观因素的影响。教师通过自我反思、自我改进,进而自我完善。而教师的“反思”在内在主观因素中起着关键性的作用。通过反思,及时发现不足,弥补疏漏,不断提升教师教学能力和素养,为学生传授最佳的学习方法。因此,作为新课程改革下的英语教师,除了不断学习专业知识之外,更应及时地对教育教学过程进行积极反思和改进,以提升个人的综合素质并促进教学的发展。 Reflection is the teacher’s re-understanding of education and teaching process, re-thinking, and then explore and re-create.
