原材料的劣化导致混凝土拌合物工作性对聚羧酸减水剂的掺量很敏感,复配适量性能优异的抗离析材料可以解决这一问题。选取了11种市售抗离析材料,在水和聚羧酸减水剂中的溶解性测试表明2种难溶于聚羧酸减水剂,余下的9种分别与聚羧酸减水剂复配后进行混凝土性能试验。结果表明不同抗离析材料作用效果不同,需根据要求选用不同种类的材料及其最佳用量。
The deterioration of raw materials lead to the workability of concrete mixture is very sensitive to the content of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, and the proper amount of anti-segregation material can solve this problem. 11 commercially available anti-segregation materials were selected and their solubility tests in water and polycarboxylate superplasticizer showed that the two kinds of water-insoluble polycarboxylate superplasticizer were the best, and the remaining 9 were respectively combined with polycarboxylate superplasticizer With after the concrete performance test. The results show that different anti-segregation effect of different materials, according to the requirements of different types of materials used and the optimal dosage.
