在温室内研究了不同声波处理对大白菜及蚜虫的影响。结果表明 :绿色音乐对桃蚜和萝卜蚜具有控制作用 ;超声波对桃蚜具有控制作用。绿色音乐处理可使桃蚜的体色由绿色改变为红色 ,且红色桃蚜的酯酶活性极显著地高于绿色桃蚜 ;3种酯酶的分子量 ( k D) ,红色桃蚜为 18,2 4 ,和 4 3,而绿色桃蚜分别为 2 0 ,30和4 0。声波处理的大白菜的产量显著高于对照
The effects of different sonications on Chinese cabbage and aphids were studied in a greenhouse. The results showed that green music had the control effect on Myzus persicae and Myzus persicae; Ultrasound had a control effect on Myzus persicae. Green music treatment could change the body color of green peach aphid from green to red, and the esterase activity of red peach aphid was significantly higher than that of green peach aphid. The molecular weights of the three esterases (k D), red peach aphid were 18, 2 4, and 4 3, while the green peach aphids were 20, 30 and 40, respectively.
