中国春(CS)单体分析表明,四倍体小麦—粗山羊草双二倍体Am6的抗白粉病基因位于1A染色体上。与24个已知抗白粉病基因(Pm)比较说明,Am6可能为一新的抗白粉病基因。限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)分析表明,在分布小麦7个部分同源群的36个探针中未找到与此抗病基因连锁的分子标记。遗传分析发现Am6的抗白粉病基因在不同小麦背景下表现出较好的稳定性。通过Am6与不同小麦品种杂交,在后代中选育出具有矮秆大穗、大穗大粒、多花多粒等不同性状特点的抗白粉病种质系。
Chinese Spring (CS) haploid analysis showed that the tetraploid wheat-Aegilops twoploid Am6 was located on chromosome 1A. Compared with 24 known powdery mildew resistance genes (Pm), Am6 may be a new powdery mildew resistance gene. Restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) analysis showed that no molecular markers linked to this resistance gene were found in 36 probes distributed in seven homologous groups of wheat. Genetic analysis showed that the Am64 powdery mildew resistance gene showed good stability in different wheat backgrounds. Amomum crosses with different wheat varieties to breed powdery mildew germplasm lines with different traits such as dwarf big spike, big spike big grain, multi-flower multi-grain and so on.
