中国历史上第一部真正以保障工人群众和工会组织的权利为目的的劳动法令——《中华苏维埃共和国劳动法》,于1931年制定时由于受“左”倾错误和苏联模式等原因的影响,在实际上脱离苏区的现实环境,所以1933年时中国共产党人秉持一切从实际出发,实事求是的原则,根据劳动法实施过程中存在的问题和不足对1931年的劳动法进行修改和完善,使之更加人性化、系统化和灵活化,从而促进了苏维埃政权的进一步发展,也为我国社会主义法制建设提供宝贵的经验教训。
