7月6日至9日,国家档案局在山东烟台召开了有23个省、自治区、直辖市和5个计划单列市档案局负责同志参加的座谈会。这次座谈会的中心议题是:交流学习贯彻邓小平同志重要谈话和中央政治局全体会议精神的情况,研究档案工作深入改革扩大开放问题,进一步促进全国档案事业的发展,更好地为我同国民经济力争更快地上一个新台阶服务。参加会议的还有中央档案馆和国家档案局各单位的负责同志。国务院副秘书长安成信专程前往烟台参加会议并讲了话。他在讲话中谈了六个问题。第一,档案部门
