师资力量薄弱和校园设施简陋制约着山区农村中学教育教学的长足发展。为了缩小城乡教育差距,实施教育均衡发展,自治区实施特岗教师计划,以缓解边远山区和移民地区师资短缺的问题,从而缓解教育教学压力。随着特岗教师计划的实施,加强对青年教师的培养,使他们尽快成为思想水平高、业务能力强的骨干教师和优秀教师,已成为亟待解决的问题。文章就此展开论述。
Weak teachers and weak campus facilities restrict the rapid development of rural middle school education in mountainous areas. In order to narrow the education gap between urban and rural areas and implement a balanced development of education, the Autonomous Region implements the special post teacher program to ease the shortage of teachers in remote mountainous areas and immigrant areas, thus easing the pressure on education and teaching. With the implementation of the special post teacher program, strengthening the training of young teachers so that they become backbone teachers and excellent teachers with high ideological level and strong professional ability as soon as possible has become an issue that needs urgent solution.
