以“新温185号”核桃为试材,采用“3414”肥料效应田间试验,检验根施N、P、K肥对其坚果的粗脂肪含量效应,为“新温185号”核桃生产园的施肥与土壤养分管理提供科学依据。结果表明:“新温185号”核桃坚果粗脂肪含量百分数(E%)分子的反正弦(Arcsin E)同P肥施用量(纯P2O5量,P)、P肥施用量的自乘(P×P或P2)、K肥施用量(纯K2O量,K)、K肥施用量的自乘(K×K或K2)存在极显著(P<0.001)的线性相关关系。在中等土壤养分条件下,当P肥施用量(纯P2O5量)小于0.4840kg/株和/或K肥施用量(纯K2O量)小于0.1975kg/株时,对“新温185号”核桃的坚果粗脂肪含量均存在正效应,反之则存在负效应。在新疆南疆盆地“新温185号”核桃生产园田间施肥与土壤养分管理中须根据土壤养分状况适度施用P、K肥。
