运用傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)和衰减全反射-傅里叶变换红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)技术测量和比较由不同合成方法制得的聚乙炔膜在空气中的氧化行为,观察稀土聚乙炔膜K~+离子注入前后表面和本体红外光谱的变化,同时讨论了离子注入对聚乙炔膜结构和性能的影响.
The oxidation behavior of polyacetylene films prepared by different synthetic methods was measured and compared in air by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and attenuated total reflectance-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR) The changes of surface and bulk infrared spectra before and after K + ion implantation were also discussed. The effects of ion implantation on the structure and properties of polyacetylene films were also discussed.
