目的:对比局部应用盐酸米诺环素软膏与碘甘油在治疗牙周炎的临床疗效区别。方法:选取46例牙周炎患者,共92颗患牙。随机选取患者一侧患牙作为试验组,同一患者对侧患牙作为对照组。两组均进行全口洁治与根面平整术。试验组局部应用盐酸米诺环素软膏。对照组局部应用碘甘油。分别于基线、治疗第5周及第8周检测菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周袋探诊深度(PD)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)及牙龈指数(GI)。于治疗第8周对比两组患牙疗效。结果:整体比较:两组的4项指标均有显著性差异(P<0.05);各组不同时间的4项指标也有显著性差异(P<0.05);但以试验组变化更大。精细比较:两组患牙第5周检测指标与基线值相比均具有明显差异(P<0.01);试验组患牙第8周检测指标与第5周相比,PLI、PD、SBI与GI差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);试验组在第5周PLI、PD、SBI及GI值均明显优于对照组(P<0.01);试验组第8周PD、SBI及GI值均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组总有效率(95.65%)明显高于对照组(60.87%)。结论:局部应用盐酸米诺环素软膏辅助治疗牙周炎具有杀菌时间长、杀菌效果强、减轻炎症反应的优点。
Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of local application of minocycline hydrochloride ointment and iodine glycerol in the treatment of periodontitis. Methods: 46 cases of periodontitis were selected, a total of 92 teeth. Randomly selected patients with teeth on one side as the test group, the same patient contralateral teeth as a control group. Both groups were full-mouth Jiegan and root formation. Experimental group local application of minocycline hydrochloride ointment. Control group of local application of iodine glycerol. The plaque index (PLI), probing depth of PD (PD), sulcus bleeding index (SBI) and gingival index (GI) were detected at baseline, 5 and 8 weeks after treatment. At the eighth week of treatment, the curative effect of two groups of teeth was compared. Results: The overall comparison: There were significant differences in the four indicators between the two groups (P <0.05). There were also significant differences in the four indicators between the two groups at different time points (P <0.05). Compared with the 5th week, the index of PLI, PD, SBI and GI in the test group at the 8th week were significantly different (P <0.01) (P <0.01). The PLI, PD, SBI and GI of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group at the fifth week (P <0.01). The PD, SBI and GI values of the experimental group at the 8th week were all significantly higher than those of the control group Better than the control group (P <0.01). The total effective rate (95.65%) in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (60.87%). Conclusion: Local application of minocycline hydrochloride ointment adjuvant treatment of periodontitis has the advantages of long bactericidal time, strong bactericidal effect and reduce inflammation.
