如何保持村电工的思想稳定,使村电工有一个良好精神风貌,有较高的业务、技术素质,我们的做法是: 1.妥善处理好村电工的经济报酬 随着物价的不断上涨,农村电工的工资低问题影响到一些村电工的思想情绪,农电向心力、凝聚力降低。我们根据这一新的变化,及时和有关部门协商,争取到了上级的政策,使低压维护管理费用由1985年的0.02元/kWh,提高到0.04元/kWh。管理费总额70%为电工工资,30%用于农村收费使用的帐卡、收据、安全用具的配备,村电工的劳动保护用品及低压电网改造,村电工的奖励等等。由于合理的解决了村电工的报酬问题,广大村电工思想稳定,斗志旺盛。
