应用免疫组化方法检测了73例肝细胞癌及癌旁组织中p53蛋白的表达,70例肝细胞癌及癌旁组织中PCNA的表达。结果p53蛋白、PCNA在肝细胞癌中阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织,且与肝细胞癌分化程度密切相关。癌旁组织中,p53蛋白表达仅见于增生结节中,肝硬化组织均为阴性;增生结节中PCNA阳性表达显著高于肝硬化组织。提示p53基因突变是肝细胞癌的频发事件,在肝细胞癌的发生发展中起重要作用;增生结节细胞的增殖活性增强,是肝细胞癌的癌前病变。作者还讨论了p53蛋白和PCNA表达间的关系
Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of p53 protein in 73 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma and adjacent tissues, and the expression of PCNA in 70 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma and adjacent tissues. Results The positive rate of p53 protein and PCNA expression in hepatocellular carcinoma was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues, and it was closely related to the degree of differentiation of hepatocellular carcinoma. In the paracancerous tissues, the expression of p53 protein was only found in hyperplastic nodules. The cirrhosis tissues were negative. The positive expression of PCNA in the proliferating nodules was significantly higher than that in the cirrhotic tissues. It suggests that p53 gene mutation is a frequent event of hepatocellular carcinoma and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma. The proliferative activity of proliferating nodular cells is enhanced and is a precancerous lesion of hepatocellular carcinoma.
