新时期随着劳动关系的变化和利益格局的重新调整,工会的维护职能被推到了工会工作的最前沿。职工期望工会能进一步代表和维护他们的合法权益,真正成为职工利益的代表者和维护者。这也是对工会工作提出了新的更高的要求。因此,工会组织在突出维护职能时,应该做到维权、服务、送温暖一个都不能少。
In the new era, with the change of labor relations and the readjustment of the pattern of interests, the function of safeguarding trade unions has been pushed to the forefront of trade union work. Workers expect unions to further represent and defend their legitimate rights and interests and truly become the representatives and defenders of workers’ interests. This also sets new and higher requirements for the work of trade unions. Therefore, when highlighting the responsibility for safeguarding their functions, the trade union organizations should do their work in the fields of rights protection, service and warmth.
