本文介绍了一种结构新颖的转向架横向弹性连接装置,其主要特点是横连机构的垂向尺寸仅130mm,故适于已定型的国产各型内燃和电力机车加装改造。还介绍了它的计算机测量数据采集与处理系统,以及装置的性能试验情况。通过对所采集到的近3.5万组有效数据的计算机处理,证实该装置能显著减少机车通过小半径曲线时的轮缘磨耗。
In this paper, a new type of horizontal bogie flexible connecting device with novel structure is introduced. The main feature of the bogie is that the vertical dimension of the horizontal connecting mechanism is only 130mm. Therefore, it is suitable for retrofitting domestic stereotypes of internal combustion and electric locomotives. It also introduced its computer measurement data acquisition and processing system, as well as the device performance test situation. Through the computer processing of collected nearly 35,000 sets of valid data, it is proved that the device can significantly reduce the rim wear of a locomotive passing through a small radius curve.
