个性化教学能够有效解决怎样教和怎样引起学生兴趣的问题,为课堂教学目标和学科目标的实现提供保障。根据学生的心理、生理特征,基于个性分析的作业评价和小组协作的探究学习,能够有效激起学生的学习兴趣,而基于认知逻辑的教材重组和能力梯度的有效设问,是解决怎样教问题的关键。因此,这四个方面的能力,是思想政治教师应该着力提升的,也是课程理念的应然要求。
Personalized teaching can effectively solve the problem of how to teach and how to arouse students’ interest, so as to ensure the realization of classroom teaching objectives and academic goals.
