随着我国社会的不断进步和人们生活水平的不断提高,我国民用航空运输行业的发展脚步也在逐渐加快,空中交通管制员作为保障航空器安全飞行的主要工作人员,其内心必然承受着很大的压力。为了能够保证空中交通管制员在工作的过程中,有一个良好的心理素质,从而更好的为旅客服务,对控制交通管制员队伍的建设工作是不容忽视的。本文通过对空中交通管制员应具备的素质进行分析,依据其具体内容制定出科学合理的队伍建设方案,从而使我国民用航空运输行业能够得到良好的发展。
With the continuous improvement of our society and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, the pace of development of China’s civil aviation transportation industry is also gradually accelerating. As the key personnel for ensuring the safe flight of aircraft, air traffic controllers inevitably bear a great pressure. In order to ensure that air traffic controllers have a good psychological quality during their work so as to better serve passengers, it is not to be overlooked that the construction of traffic control team should be neglected. Based on the analysis of the quality air traffic controllers should have, this article draws up a scientific and reasonable team building plan according to their specific contents so that the civil aviation transportation industry in our country can get a good development.
