我的家乡在冀西北的蔚县,那里人们最美的吃食是“黄糕泡肉”。这并不是说蔚县人没有再高的美食欲望,只是从古至今一代代人沿袭下来,吃糕顺了胃口。 殊不知,大家都能吃上黄糕还是近些年的福分。从我记事起,人民公社搞得连年饥荒,家里常常只有半年粮,不少人家为了多吃几顿糕,竟舍不得去掉黍子皮,人称这种带皮糕为“毛糕”。有的还掺一少半玉米磨成面。其实这种做法在解放前就有。所以,蔚县得了个“糕国”的宝名,蔚县话得了个“毛糕调”的戏称。
My hometown is in Yuxian County, northwestern Hebei Province, where the most beautiful people eat are “cakes of yellow cakes.” This is not to say that people in Yuxian no longer have high appetite for food, but from generation to generation, people inherit it from the ancient times and eat cake smooth appetite. As everyone knows, we can eat yellow cake or blessing in recent years. From what I remember, the people’s commune made years of famine, often with only half a year’s grain in the family. Many people tried to get rid of millet bark in order to eat more cakes. Some also mixed with less than half of corn ground into. In fact, this practice existed before liberation. Therefore, Wei County won a “cake country” treasure name, Yuxian dialect had a “hair cake tone” of the play.
