贵州省汉族中小学生身体形态25年动态研究

运用文献资料法和数理统计法,对各时期贵州省汉族中小学生身体形态调研数据进行数理统计比较分析。其目的是动态分析近25年贵州省中小学生身体形态发展的规律,找到贵州省汉族中小学生身体形态存在的主要问题,制定促进学生健康的策略与对策。根据研究结果得出结论:贵州省汉族中小学生身体形态发育水平大幅提高,身体形态发育水平城乡差距明显,城市快于乡村,胖瘦比例差异显著。其中身高生长水平明显提高,乡村身高增长速度快于城市,体重和胸围增长速度乡村小于城市。但身高、体重和胸围都与全国水平差距很大。建议:1.强化政府对学生体质健康的干预引导功能,提供学校体育健康促进保障性的支持;2.提高学生健康意识,加强管理以推动学生营养餐工作,从而提高学生体质与健康水平;3.倡导科学健康生活方式,促进学生体质健康发展,弘扬多彩贵州文明行动。 Using the methods of literature and statistics and mathematical statistics, the data of body shape of primary and secondary school students of Han nationality in Guizhou Province in each period were analyzed by mathematical statistics. The purpose is to dynamically analyze the law of body shape development of primary and secondary school students in Guizhou province in recent 25 years, find out the main problems of body shape of primary and secondary school students in Guizhou province, and make strategies and countermeasures to promote their health. According to the results of the study, it is concluded that the body shape and development level of primary and middle school students in Han nationality in Guizhou Province increased significantly, and the difference between urban and rural areas was significant in body shape development. Among them, height growth significantly increased, rural height growth rate faster than the city, weight and chest growth rate in rural areas is smaller than the city. However, height, weight and chest circumference are very different from the national level. Recommendations: 1. To strengthen the government intervention in the guidance of students’ physical health function, to provide support for school sports health promotion support; 2. To improve students’ health awareness and strengthen management to promote student nutrition meal work, so as to enhance the students’ physique and health level; Advocate a scientific and healthy lifestyle, promote the healthy development of students’ health and promote the colorful and civilized actions of Guizhou.
