为了保证我国整个房地产能够健康稳定快速发展,本文主要使用数据和文献分析等手段对房地产开发企业过程中的诚信缺失问题进行了深度探讨,从中发现一旦房地产开发企业诚信缺失,将会对整个社会经济发展产生很大影响,从而对房地产开发企业自身也造成了一定的影响,这对整个房地产金融行业、房地产土地开发政策是一个新的挑战。目前,房地产开发企业诚信缺失现象比较严重,直接制约了我国房地产开发企业的顺利发展,所以,逐步根治这种现状是当前一个比较重要的任务。
