从现阶段的实际情况入手 ,指出高校图书馆开展地区性馆际互借工作是解决当前高校文献供需矛盾的一个有效办法 ,并提出开展地区性馆际互借合作的有效措施。
Starting from the actual situation at this stage, it is pointed out that the development of regional interlibrary loan in university library is an effective way to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of current university literature and proposes effective measures to carry out the regional interlibrary loan cooperation.
