对卧式纵向和横向轴流脱粒分离装置进行了台架试验研究。用正交试验选出较优参数,并对比两装置的工作性能和结构、配置特点。两装置谷粒分离率与滚简长度呈降幂曲线,而轻杂物累计分离率却接近线性递增。测定了轴流装置各区段的功耗分配及其工作量比例,讨论了顶距对堵塞的影响,总结了谷粒分离率和功耗的回归方程并提出其主要参数的设计依据。
The horizontal longitudinal and horizontal axial flow threshing and separating device were tested by bench test. Orthogonal experiments were used to select the optimal parameters and compare the performance, structure and configuration characteristics of the two devices. The grain separation rate and roll length of the two devices showed a power-drop curve, while the cumulative separation rate of light impurities approached the linear increase. The distribution of power consumption and the workload of each section of axial flow device were measured. The influence of top distance on plugging was discussed. The regression equation of grain separation rate and power consumption was summarized and the design basis of the main parameters was proposed.
