我国民航客运,现已具有一定规模。2006年正班旅客运输量15219.9万人,比2005年增长14.5%;正班旅客周转量2276.9亿客公里,比2005年增长12.7%,居国际民航组织缔约国第2位,排美国民航之后。然而,我国民航的国际正班客运,2006年完成513.3亿客公里,居国际民航组织缔约国第15位,列新加坡、荷兰、韩国、西班牙、爱尔兰等国之后。显然,我国民航的国际客运与我国的国际地位、经济实力不相称,与发展迅速的国内客运也不相称,更令人忧虑的是近年我国民航的国际客运市场份额逐年下降,未来前景多舛,现分析如次。
China’s civil aviation passenger transport, now has a certain scale. In 2006, 152.19 million passengers were transported on the positive class, an increase of 14.5% over 2005. The passenger turnover of the positive class was 227.69 billion passenger-kilometers, an increase of 12.7% over 2005, ranking the second among ICAO Contracting States after the United States civil aviation. However, the international passenger transport service of China’s civil aviation has reached 51.33 billion passenger-kilometers in 2006, ranking the 15th among the contracting states of ICAO, after Singapore, the Netherlands, South Korea, Spain and Ireland. Obviously, the international passenger transportation of China’s civil aviation is not commensurate with China’s international status and economic strength. It is not commensurate with the rapid development of domestic passenger transport. What is even more worrying is that the international passenger transportation market share of China’s civil aviation has been declining year by year in recent years with far-reaching future prospects. Analysis is as follows.
