党的十四大把建立社会主义市场经济作为我国经济体制改革的目标,标志着我国的改革开放进入了新的发展阶段,必将引起我国政治、经济、社会、文化等方面的重大转变,也给军队财务工作带来了一些新情况、新问题。随着市场经济的发展,财务工作的难度越来越大,对财务人员的要求也越来越高。在这种形势下,要使财务工作跟上历史前进的步伐,关键是加强财务队伍建设,建设一支思想好、业务精、作风实、纪律严,适应市场经济发展要求的财务干部队伍。本文就此谈点看法。
