解放军档案馆经过两年的努力,在小型计算机上建立了一个多终端、多功能、多用户的档案计算机管理系统,并与缩微机、传真机结合使用,构成了一个功能比较齐全的档案管理目动化系统。该系统今年3月18日通过了部级技术鉴定。以著名教授慈云桂为首的鉴定委员会一致认为:该系统在国内处于领先地位。这项成果的取得曾遇到一系列难题。其中除了计算机技术方面的问题外,首当其冲的就是档案信息著录工作。这项工作的困难有两个方面:一是需要一系列标准及其相应的工作方式;二是工作量大得惊人。这项工作一开始我们就从总体上明确了要着眼全局、突出重点、立足实用、坚持标准、边建边用的思想,力求简明、注重实效的要求。下面从著录组织、格式确定、分类标引、主题标引四个方面,将实际做法作一简单介绍,以就教于档案界同仁。
After two years of hard work, the People’s Liberation Army Archives has established a multi-terminal, multi-functional and multi-user file computer management system on a small computer and used it in combination with micro-computers and fax machines to form a complete file management program Dynamic system.
