目的突发性耳聋是耳鼻咽喉科的常见病、多发病，临床治疗方案很多，为认真总结临床经验，探索更佳的治疗方案。方法92例突聋患者随机抽样，40例患者采用中西医结合治疗，52例患者在中西医结合治疗同时加声信息治疗，即采用现代电子技术，有针对性利用声信息，直接通过人体听觉系统。结果中西医结合组有效率为70％，而中西医结合治疗加声信息治疗组有效率为88．5％。结论中西医结合加声信息治疗组取得良好的疗效，与单纯中西医结合药物治疗有明显差异（P＜0．05）。使用方便，无副作用。
Objective Sudden deafness is a common disease of otolaryngology, frequently-occurring disease, many clinical treatment programs, to seriously summarize clinical experience and explore better treatment options. Methods A total of 92 patients with sudden deafness were randomly selected. Forty patients were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Fifty-two patients were treated with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine. At the same time, acoustic therapy was used. Modern electronic technology was used to target the acoustic signals directly through the human auditory system . Results The effective rate of Integrative Medicine group was 70%, while the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine plus acoustical information treatment group was 88.5%. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine plus acoustic information treatment group achieved good results, with the simple combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment was significantly different (P <0.05). Easy to use, no side effects.
