Learning theory should be combined with understanding historical practices and summing up historical experiences, and our party’s leadership in leading the people in revolution, construction and reform is a living textbook containing and embodying Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory. I hope that all levels Party committees attach great importance to the work of the party history and give full play to the roles of the party members in educating the people in history. Comrades engaged in the work of the history of the party should see their own responsibilities and come up with more achievements in commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee , To greet the 50th anniversary of the founding of the PRC and the advent of the new century.
