本文回顾了无锡市新经济组织中的党组织发展现状。从党组织组建、党组织作用发挥、党员教育管理、党务干部队伍、物质保障体系等方面分析了在新经济组织中党建存在的问题以及根源。提出建设性的建议:坚持和谐发展,创新在新经济组织中开展党建工作的理念;坚持把提高党组织组建率,作为加强新经济组织的党建工作的主要抓手,致力突破组建难点;坚持服务当先,强化党组织作用发挥;坚持以人为本,提升新经济组织的业主、党务干部和党员队伍素质;坚持与时俱进,优化党组织运行机制。
This article reviews the development of party organizations in the new economic organizations in Wuxi City. From the aspects of the formation of the party organization, the function of the party organization, the education and management of the party members, the contingent of party members and cadres and the material security system, the author analyzes the problems and causes of the party building in the new economy. Put forward constructive proposals: adhere to the concept of “harmonious development and innovation in party building in the new economic organizations”, adhere to the principle of enhancing the formation rate of party organizations as the main starting point for strengthening the party building in the new economic organizations, and work hard to break through the difficulties in formation; First, strengthen the role played by the party organizations; adhere to the people-oriented, improve the quality of the owners of the new economic organizations, party members and cadres and party members; adhere to advancing with the times, optimizing the operation mechanism of the party organization.
