目的 :探讨胃癌组织肿瘤浸润自然杀伤细胞 (TINK)与胃癌临床病理特征及胃癌细胞凋亡的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化S P法检测 5 0例胃癌组织中NK细胞的数目 ;用脱氧核糖核酸末端转移酶介导的缺口末端标记技术(TUNEL)对凋亡的胃癌细胞进行观察。结果 :早期胃癌的TINK高度浸润率明显高于进展期胃癌 ;淋巴结转移阳性患者的TINK的高度浸润率低于淋巴结阴性胃癌患者 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;胃癌的TNK浸润程度还与其浸润深度、肿瘤大小、TNM分期有关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而与性别、分化程度无明显相关 (P >0 .0 5 )。TINK高度浸润胃癌组较TINK低度浸润胃癌组胃癌细胞凋亡更多 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :TINK通过其局部抗肿瘤作用 ,在抑制胃癌的浸润、转移和凋亡诱导中可能起重要作用
Objective: To investigate the relationship between tumor-infiltrating natural killer cells (TINK) and clinicopathological features and gastric cancer cell apoptosis in gastric cancer. Methods: The number of NK cells in 50 gastric cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Apoptotic gastric cancer cells were observed by DNA nick end labeling (TUNEL). Results: The rate of TINK in early gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in advanced gastric cancer. The high rate of TINK in patients with positive lymph node metastasis was lower than that in patients with negative gastric cancer (P <0.05). The TNK infiltration of gastric cancer was also related to the infiltration depth , Tumor size and TNM stage (P <0.05), but not with gender and differentiation (P> 0.05). TINK highly infiltrating gastric cancer group than TINK low infiltration gastric cancer cell apoptosis more (P <0.05). Conclusion: TINK may play an important role in the inhibition of gastric cancer invasion, metastasis and induction of apoptosis through its local anti-tumor effect
