板栗贮藏过程中,容易出虫,使板栗应有的价值以及加工受到影响。柞水县曾用石窖进行贮藏,效果较好,但成本高,也达不到完全防虫的目的。1987年9月~1989年9月,我们对栗子采收后贮藏保鲜技术进行了试验。经试验的栗子出虫率为2.9%,霉烂率为7%,发芽率为90%,防效明显,可推广使用。其做法如下: 采回的板栗首先筛选,拣出已出虫损伤的。好的板栗装筐(竹筐或竹筛),连同筐子一起放入开水锅中浸10~15秒钟捞出,投进凉水中浸1分钟左右,捞出进行沙藏。沙的湿度以55%~60%为宜,厚度因板栗多少而定。每10天翻动一次。也可将凉水中浸过
